Rose roses (lat.) Rosa canina L .; In the nation known as wild rose, the bush is a plant from the genus Rosa and the Rosaceae family. Other names under which they are known are: pomegranate, wild pomegranate, stalk, šibek, šipkin, šipkovina, šipurika, šipurina, kolača, rosca and others.
It grows in 2 to 3 meters of branched and downward covered bushes. The thin branches are folded into the port, and the leaves are alternating and odd, composed of 5-7 egg whites, sharply squeezed leaves. They bloom from May to July, in the lower part of the blooms usually in spring, higher later. The flowers consist of 5 pink-colored lemon-colored petals. The fruits (pomegranate) are about 1.5 cm blue and red or reddish-orange, sweet-soured with a large number of hard and pointed hairs of overgrown fruits, which are mistakenly called seeds, and ripen most of the middle of September.
