The 20th International Cest is d'Best, this year, the D'BEST fashion was the 20th anniversary of the Festival. At this traditional exhibition at the square there were artillery flags with a message of love created by art artists on the subject When Love Wraps Up. With a variety of creative art expressions, each artistic flag tells its story and sends its visual message. The works are exposed on the candelabra of the main Zagreb square in the south - towards Zrinjevac and in the west - according to Ilica.
There are 39 new flags from 45 authors from Croatia and abroad. The 20th CEST program continues to witness the quality and variety of art competitions. This year, the interest of artists has been the largest ever. 173 participants participated.
