Description

Zagreb Diocese was founded by King Ladislaus in 1094 and is subordinated to the Archdiocese of Esztergom. In the same year, according to the Croatian tradition, founded the cathedral. Zagreb Cathedral, the largest sacral building in Croatia and one of the most valuable monuments of Croatian cultural heritage.
Seeing that the main portal is not even one stone connected to the main facade of the cathedral Bolle is sensed to be behind him could find traces of earlier, Gothic portal.
