Description
At the site of the Great Square, the Plateau magna, located Cathedral of St.. Anastasia (Anastasia), a Romanesque building, which is the largest church in Dalmatia. It was built on two occasions, in the 12th and 13th c., With the preserved older from the 9th and 11th century., Raised on the site of an early Christian basilica. The beginnings of construction of Zadar cathedral date back to the 4th or 5th century.
