Church of St. Catherine is a Baroque church in Zagreb, Croatia famous baroque church. It is located on Katarina Zrinski Square, was built as part of the former Jesuit complex on Zagreb's Upper Town.
At the site of the present church originally stood in a small Dominican church from the 14th century, which was the then frequent Turkish incursions have been used as a military store. With the arrival of the Jesuits in Zagreb (first half of the 17th century.), Former small church submitted them to the administration. How they were the original church was too small and too a broken-down, they are between 1620 and 1632 built and furnished entirely new church.
